Personal Injury Disability Services (PIDS) Membership Engagement Terms and Conditions

Please note that the terms of this program are subject to change with notice. If a member objects to a change then they are of course free to cancel their subscription by simply sending an email to chair-ceo@accessreadystrategic.com.

  1. Please complete the information required once you choose the payment schedule plan you wish.

  2. Within five business days you will be contacted to establish an introductory consulting session including where you wish regular correspondence sent and who will be listed as authorized representatives of your firm able to refer clients.

    Also, in this first contact session we would like to establish when you would like any regular consulting sessions to be established.

  3. Under this membership you have 24/7 access to consulting experts including fifteen hours per quarter of one-on-one consulting time. This one-on-one consulting time is for use by your firm’s team members. Consulting time spent with referred clients does not count against this time. This time does not include time spent answering questions by email related to the needs of particular clients being referred.

  4. Additional team consulting hours approved in writing in advance at a rate of $150.00 per hour billed after the fact.

  5. Expert participation in client, employee, and business development events.

    Travel expenses and added hours for physical appearance at events and fees are charged separately after client approval in advance.

  6. Consumer level reviews of web presence to assure the accessibility of websites. This is designed to provide an overview of the web experience that an average consumer with a disability like blindness has when visiting your website.

    These newsletters provide an overview of activities across the professional disability world.

  8. All client information is held in the strictest of confidence by Access Ready. We utilize the vast disability rights, goods and services infrastructure to assist your clients only with their approval. The client’s approval is your firm’s responsibility and any documentation necessary must be copied to us by email at the time of referral.

  9. Plans do not include:

    Client required branded material or travel time and expenses.

  10. All fees Charged in Advance excluding approved additional consulting hours and expenses which may be charged in arrears.

  11. Base Personal Injury Disability Services Membership fees do not include per referred client fees.

  12. A subscribing firm or attorney may cancel their membership at any time. Outstanding fees such as expert testimony charges will still be invoiced.
