Douglas Towne, Chair-CEO of ARS, has been a lifelong advocate for people with disabilities, having lost his sight at age ten. He transformed his personal passion into a profession. His deep concern for those who are newly disabled, combined with the rapidly shifting landscape of disability programs, inspired the creation of the Personal Injury Disability Services (PIDS) program.
